Primary links transtlation with i18n module

Issue Summary

node content transtlation is very good with i18n module.

But the Primary links transtlation with i18n module has bug.
This issues description:
1.The Primary links don't appear when we click the switch language flag.
2.Just the default language version's primary links appear.

I have try two solution but fail.
solution 1
go to admin/build/translate (administer > site building > Translate interface > search , then search menu and translate all the primary links string) but also disappear.

solution 2
go to admin/build/menu-customize/primary-links (administer > site building > menus > Primary links)
then add item for different language version.

result:just appear one item for language he. and the item's url is wrong when I click it then show tips:"The requested page could not be found. "

Hello anyone.
I have find very much info about it but also fail for a long time.
Would you have any solution to solve this issues?
