I have checked my permission settings and the only selection is administer font-your-face, which has no effect for the issue even if it is enabled. For some reason, the fonts wont load on the page unless you log in.

Which font isn't loading? I'm not logged in and I'm seeing Lobster loading on the linked site. I suspect you had caching on for anonymous users, and the cache hadn't updated yet. If you're still seeing a problem, please identify the specific font, the provider, and where it should be showing up.
