Login form to a 403, german translation

Hello again,

This time i've enhanced the options of fancy by adding a login-screen to a 403 (restricted page). It was a requirement of my company, I thought the fancy community might use it as well.
*) added a hook_help
*) changed hook_menu
*) altered hook_page_alter
*) added new callback function: fancy_login_denied
*) added form to pages.inc

If active, one have to set a redirect path (fancy/denied) in site-settings page-error (403) to get it work. I used this way to be on the drupal side.

Furthermore i translated fancy into german Language.
