It has suddenly become urgent that I use this with Drupal 7. If the maintainers have done any work in this direction please let me know so I don't duplicate any efforts as I will be taking a crack at this soon.

As a result of #1129132: Programmatically create Biblio entry from Pubmed PMID I'm thinking this module might not be needed in 7.

Being that this project via the Biblio module has yet to be completed, I was wondering what the likelihood would be for upgrading this module for Drupal 7?

We are using it for an academic site currently running on D6 but have plans to migrate to D7 in the fall. I know the Biblio module has an issue in the queue for it, but it would be good to know for sure if the module is going to be upgraded or not.
