4.5 RC Profile Issues "Page Title" and other Edit/Save Issues

I created a number of categories within the PROFILE area in 4.5rc.

#1: I left the "Page title:" area blank. After they were all created, I went back a few days later to EDIT and ADD page titles in the "Page title:" area. It is NOT listing the Page titles for those that I've configued to be shown on member listings... bug?

#2: Also as mentioned, my members/users are trying to edit their profiles days after they have created them and it is NOT allowing them to save the profile updates they are making. I've tryed to go in as admin and make edits for them with no luck in saving on some accounts either... Editing and saving on other member accounts seems to work. So, this seems intermittent.
