I'm trying to filter a field value which is of type List (text) and can have multiple values. Adding a filter with operator "is not one of" with a field value that is present in multiple nodes results in incorrect results. See attached picture.

Technically that's correct. I realize it's not what you want, but 'green' is not red. Therefore, 'green' matches the filter.
