ISSUE: Shouldn't the DATE format in the Profile match the same format as chosen in ADMIN>settings>short date formate?

Example profile shows date as 10/01/1967 when admin settings "SHORT DATE FORMAT:" Is set as 01/10/1967. Not consistant.

I cannot reproduce this locally. Picking any of the short date formats in admin > settings affects the order of day, month and year in the editing form as well as the display of the date on the regular profile.

Note that regardless of the chosen format, the month will always be displayed in letters on the editing form. This is to increase usability: [01|02|2004] is ambiguous unlike [01|feb|2004] or [jan|02|2004].
