User warning when trying to create a store Unknown column 'sid' in 'field list' query

user warning: Unknown column 'sid' in 'field list' query: INSERT INTO erp_store (nid, sid, company, tax_id, address, suburb, state, postcode, phone, fax, mobile, email, homepage, documentation, bank_details) VALUES (7, 2

Perhaps this is merely an issue of my not understanding what needs to be setup in what order. I read the doc and can't find the mistake which is why I'm putting this in as a bug.
