I want to hire someone to make improvements to an existing site to improve loading speed with the goal of improving SEO rank on google.. This may involve reformatting or resizing images, making changes to code, using XTMHL, using HTTP compression, etc.. I would expect you to review my site and determine what areas could be improved using practices that are proven to accomplish this, list and explain what will be done for the site, and implement the changes. I do not expect this job to take any longer than a few hours, and I am looking for the best price on this work. The site is. Please assess the site and get back to me with a price. I think you should adjust your expectations: site optimisation takes time and experience. If you're expecting this to take "a few hours" and for a "best price" you're wasting your money.

I took a quick look at your site and if you are concerned about your SERP ranking, particularly in Google, I don't think improving the load speed of your site should be your first concern.

You seem to have plenty of content and some decent on-page SEO.

I noticed you seem to have no incoming links. This will often result in a very low page rank and very poor performance in the SERPs. I would recommend engaging in some link building efforts before worrying about load speed.

If you turn on the CSS and JS aggregation on your site, your pages will load faster. You currently have 10 CSS scripts and 4 JS scripts being called on every page load. With aggregation turned on this would reduce to 1 or 2 of each with a noticeable improvement on page speed.
