In using the w3c Semantic Data Extractor http://www.w3.org/2003/12/semantic-extractor.html
I could not find a single drupal site that passed.
theses are the errors from drupal.org.
Using org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser
Exception net.sf.saxon.trans.DynamicError: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The element type "td" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "
".
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The element type "td" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "
".
more on why you need to check the Semantic Data Extractor is found at SitePoint Tech Times #157 http://www.sitepoint.com/newsletter/archives.php

Zen commentedThis doesn't help without more details on which pages / code are failing the check. It is also wise to check this against a fresh Drupal install to avoid false positives due to user content.
