When we enable the module, we have the choice to enable advanced help example.
But I can't see the difference with and without that submodule.
If I enable Advanced help example, I just have an admin option which shows help icon and says :
"Click the help icon to view some example help about the PHP programming language (from wikipedia.org). Be sure to run cron to update the index if you want to try out the search features."

I have already help icon without that submodule. But it's explanation not examples.
Can you give an example of "Advanced help example" use?

other examples of actual documentation can be found in the views.module

The example/explanation isn't really something to enable rather than study and mimic.

perhaps opening the example module in a file editor rather than enabling it will aid.

If the above doesn't help, please reopen the issue.
