Using HTML5 shows that the video is able to stream just fine and that the encoding doesn't seem to be the issue. I've tried the Pseudostreaming SWF with this module with no luck, I assume it would need to be used manually to get it working right.

Thoughts on this one?

Streaming MP4 Video does not begin playing until 100% downloaded - same with me.

You need to use a tool like qt-faststart to set up the video metadata for progressive download.
