I have all the zones enabled but for some reason, when I go to the Blocks admin page, I don't see the user bar 1st and 2nd regions or the branding region or the special menu region. Is this a bug? or how do I get them to show up so I can put content into them?

Hmm, after clearing cache, the two user bar regions showed up but not the branding region or special menu region....
