Another Superfish menu problem

Hi,

I have created the scripts folder in the jackson directory
Ive added the zip file that is downloadable from the jQuery Superfish Plugin by Joel Birch,
i have also added the unzipped folder to the same folder,
aswell as just the pure JS codes.

I wasnt sure which was correct. but got all the bases covered now im sure.

However when it came to implementing the menu it just didnt work.

when you say go to 'administer' , in my Drupal 7.0 it doesnt have this option. i can only choose:

Dashboard, Content, Structure, Apperance, People, Modules, configuration, Reports and help.

However i did manage to add the 'Main Menu' onto the superfish menu , Through 'structure>Blocks' *see attachment*

The menu still does not work :/ please can you advise me
