How can I have different theme for different menues (or pages/nodes)

For example, I need to have a main (intial) page wich is different from the rest of the pages.

Most of the times I need to have different themes for different menues or pages/nodes.

Is that possible?

you can use this module

http://drupal.org/project/taxonomy_theme

The taxonomy_theme module allows you to change the theme of a given
node based on the taxonomy term, vocabulary or nodetype of that node.
You can also theme your forums and map themes to Drupal pathes or
path aliases directly.
