In the D6 version of the Mailchimp module, if you delete a Drupal user account, then the module automatically deleted that user from any "required" Mailchimp lists that the user was subscribed to. (This may even work for lists that are not "required", but I can't confirm that because all of my D6 lists are required.) This was very handy when dealing with spam user accounts because deleting an account on the site caused the site's Mailchimp list to be cleaned as well.
In the D7 version of the module, this doesn't seem to work yet. As a result, site accounts and Mailchimp subscribers on "required" lists can get out of sync.

fabertechnicae commentedIs this truly fixed? I seem to be having this problem with 7.x-2.7. I cancel an account in Drupal using the Admin interface, but the user's information is still in my required MailChimp list.
