I need to order buy credit card if having amount in Gift amount. When i have tried accessing credit card radio button and review submit it is showing "We were unable to process your credit card payment. Please verify your card details and try again. If the problem persists, contact us to complete your order." when i tried using "Use my Gift Certificate to pay for the entire order. (You must choose another payment method if your gift certificates do not cover the ENTIRE cost.)" it is working and detecting perfectly.

Please may i know how to buy without using gift amount if having balance also
