Turning on "Aggregate JavaScript files" in Configuration > Performance prevents jPlayer from playing anything. How do I solve this?

After using the patch, if I use jPlayer with the following settings, it only plays in the current page; and then I have to refresh the cache for it to work in a different page. When I go back to the first page it doesn't work anymore until I refresh the cache.

1. Display the jPlayer node using the Node Blocks module
2. Enable all cache settings
3. Display the block on every page

Disabling "Cache blocks" fixes this, but I'm sure that can't be an ideal solution.

Done. Filed here: #1162260: jPlayer doesn't play on different pages if cache blocks are enabled and Node Blocks is used.
