In general, these look about right for 4.7 (assuming you're hosting on Dreamhost). They've assumed some tools, including the cron interface and PHPMyAdmin -- but those look quite standard to me as well....

Basically, all you need to worry about now is creating the database with phpMyAdmin, and setting up the crontab. Everything else is handled by the installer... the sweet sweet installer.
