just trying out subform so not sure i haven't missed something - but i can add children now.

BUT... it seems like the "required" fields for my subform are only being required for the first child.

ok, interesting.. i guess the required fields are ONLY not requried when you add a new instance of the subform - if you go back to edit it - the fields are now required.

doesn't seem like it should be too hard to fix.. guess i'll take a look

ok, after a quick look at the code (and why is the code written like this?? with so many blank lines all over the plcae??).. i think i see the issue..

since the "New" blank form is made availalbe to fill out it is impossible to leave required fields as required or the case of not wanting to add a new subform will never validate...

hmmm.. well this is certainly an issue since i can't have 1/2 filled out subforms being submitted.

will have to think about this.

a couple of us at openflows.com (where I work) are doing some major fix up work on subform.

This issue will be addressed soon when we release a bunch of patches for what we've done so far.

very cool.. i'll keep reporting bugs..

i tried a couple other approaches (i.e. relativity module and pageroute) but both have issues with UI.. subform seems like the way to go once it's few issues are sorted out

but the project i need this on is due in about a week... so sadly it seems i may need to fix these on my own and likely the same issues you guys are working on... any chance you could possibly let me know which things you are fixing so i don't repeat .. and possibly you will be done before my delivery date.

cheers.. and thanks a ton for this module.. applications abound!!
