Internet Services theme does not pick up list view templates

I created a list view for a particular content type following the instructions to include code in template.php, style.css, and to create the list view page. However, when I view the list, I get the title with link, and the rest of the fields display "0". If I switch themes, and create a copy of the same view template the items for the view show up correctly.
