This module hasn't been updated since May 2009, and has a number of important patches pending. I've submitted a couple of patches myself, and would like to get them into a release, as well as some other improvements to make this module more compatible with other modules.

I would be happy to volunteer to maintain or co-maintain this project.

I'm guessing that now that rszarma is doing exclusively drupal commerce that he wouldn't have any issue handing over this project. Maybe use his contact form in case this issue was missed so that we can start moving it forward to drupal 7.

I too would like to see some new maintenance on this one, particularly pulling the code that allows a per-item tweaking of the 'add to cart' text without it necessarily having to be variable priced product...that is a great feature and should be its own module somehow or another...

If we still haven't heard, the docs say that if there is an abandoned project to file an issue to the webmasters queue.

Have fun - please don't add any new features to the 1.x branch, though. Just make a final release of that if it's good to go and open a 2.x to start building new features or API changes. Don't wanna hose existing users.
