For some reason, I'm no longer seeing the gear to edit the content of minipanels when I go to:

admin/build/mini-panels/list/individual_submenu/edit/content

I am using Fusion mix_and_match theme and am using menu minipanels 1.2. I'm willing to help troubleshoot. Any ideas of what I should look for?

I can add that the icon to edit blocks appears for blocks on the same page and that when I inspect the minipanels, where I think I should see the icon to edit each column (upper left), I see this in the html:

This is a known issue that can't really be fixed for qTip 1, I'm hoping that qTip2 may resolve it, which I'll be working on soon.
