Currently it is only allowed to set the size for all vimeo videos used with this module. It would be quite nice if it were configurable per each video separately.

This would really be a valuable addition for me too, multiple video sizes to set in settings to provide either a choice on actual video insert, and/or to have as display setting for the field in the content type etc..

Nope. That one is per field, while this is per field value.
