give option in the menu_icon settings to auto create icons for menu items that point to taxonomy terms and have taxonomy_image attached

here is a patch that I created for the 6.x-2.4 version

it works well when you have taxonomy menu create the menu items automatically and with this you can have their icons autocreated by this module setting
