the commission doesn't apply

Issue Summary

Hello,

Very good job on this module.

I followed the tutorial (link in the description of the module), everything goes well at the configuration.
But in practice is another story ...

In settings, I checked the order status "completed ".
When I receive a payment, the order status is "completed ".
But no commission has been applied.
I am forced to "re-apply affiliate commission" for it.

Info: I am testing my payment with PayPal SandBox and normally everything goes well.

I tried to change the parameter order status in "Payment received " but same problem.
I tried to manually change the status of an order and then return to the Completed (again manually), and still nothing.

Any idea?

PS: I do not know OOP in PHP, so I did not touch files
