Auto-accept invitations on Signup

The rsvp_signup module does a good job adding the user to the Signup list when they accept an invite.

What it doesn't do, is accept a pending invite, or update an invite with a NO response, if the user manually signs up for the event.

Attached is a patch to support that behavior (as well as cleaning up the module a little)
