I was recruiting someone on IRC to help with docs and realized that I've never actually asked to be put on the team. I haven't done a ton of docs work yet but I have contributed some here and there and would like to contribute more, especially on things like consolidating comments into pages and such.

My apologies for the guidance to use status "active - needs more info." That was bad guidance. Fixed in the documentation. Fixing this issue.
