Links with wrong targets in blog module

How to reproduce:

• Enable blog module
• Make sure user information is viewable
• View a user's information
• Under "Blogs:" click "View all entries"
• This opens a page with a box on top with just two hyperlink options, "view %user profile" and "view recent blog entries"
• View the %user profile
• Bug: Doing so opens the user profile for the person doing the clicking, not the blog writer's
• Also, "view recent blog entries" should open the view of %user's recent blog entries, not all recent blogs as it does. id should be included in link, since the box around it indicates %user blog, not *all* blogs
