How do I get views to display output sorted on the composite bible reference field or the basic bible book field in canonical rather than alphabetical order?

I'm also puzzled by the fact that if I use the bible composite field as a sort criterion, the entire list gets sort according to chapter numbers rather than books. Am I doing something wrong?

If someone would like to take up the torch for the 6.x branch that's awesome, let me know and we'll get you hooked up. Otherwise, I have no need for 6.x and am only working on the 7.x, sorry.

I'll be looking at views support for the 7.x branch soon. That will be solid and supported for the latest version of views.
