With a new install of Drupal 5.0, when trying to create a field with a voting api field, the field gets created however, it does not display in the manage field list, nor does it display when creating a new node of that type.

I may be crazy, but I can't get the fields to show up in node edit view, though they do show up in the manage fields form, after your patch. I see the group that contains the field but the fields are not there
