When i go to http://weather.noaa.gov it says on it;

"Anonymous FTP users - FTP is not supported on weather.noaa.gov. Please ftp to tgftp.nws.noaa.gov"

Perhaps the FTP address in weather.module needs to be changed?

i made the change in mine and it's working again.

I've changed the FTP site, this should be fixed in 5.x-1.1.
