Hello,
Can you please explain in detail what exactly the problem is ?
I used the same version mentioned above, added a block and checked for the css, its getting applied correctly.
*Please note the code mentioned above has missing figure,
The actual code in style-zero.css is as follows

.block .content {
	padding: 6px;
	margin: 0;
}
