I'm not sure how this link got incorrect or how long this problem has existed, but could you please change the current (dead) URL (http://feeds.wimleers.com/WimLeers/Drupal) to the correct one that will always continue to work: http://wimleers.com/tags/drupal/feed ?
Less critically, could you also change the non-feed URL from http://wimleers.com/taxonomy/term/24/0 to http://wimleers.com/tags/drupal ?
Thanks!

webernet commentedFixed the URL, but the new one seems to be broken as well.
I can't see where to change the non-feed URL...
avpadernoThere is no way to change the non-feed URL; it is taken from the feed itself, and Aggregator sometimes uses a wrong URL, which is then updated with the correct one.

wim leersFixed.
The cause was the FeedBurner integration. FeedBurner was first independent. Then it got bought by Google. And a week or so ago, Google Apps account were transitioned to actual Google accounts, thereby voiding my old FeedBurner Google account. This is what caused this problem.
http://wimleers.com/tags/drupal/feed now works, so this should be all set :)
