Installation produces errors in 5.0 release

I installed spam-5.x-1.x-dev release on my new Drupal 5.0 site. After enabling the spam module I have three new action links on the /admin page (either by task or by module) - Spam, Reported Spam, and Reported Spam. This calls to mind a famous Monty Python skit. Notice the duplication, which is just annoying. Also, these items appear out of order - if the Spam and Reported Spam links were to go in the place they're at, they should not interfere with the "By Task" and "By Module" item orders... they should be pushed to the right of the default menus.

Clicking on any of the Spam links produces a Page Not Found error. Eww.

This of course means I have to have my site all open to spam. And I hate spam!
