Hey there,
I've a site in 2 languages with your module installed and the language of the welcome email set to "current".. I've also double checked the the correct email has an existing translation in all languages. However, it seems that when I try to go through the registration process having switched the language of the site to my secondary language, the emails still seem to be sending in English..
Any idea what might be going on there?
PS. I don't use mail_edit, but I do use LoginToBoggan. However, from what I gather, the latest dev of this module should be working with that and also I tried disabling LTB and still got the same issue.
Thanks a lot!

arski commentedArgh, it appears that mail_edit module is _required_ to achieve that.. my bad.. although the readme could maybe be a bit clearer on this. :) up to you though, I'm happy now.

kars-t commentedHi
Can you give me a hint what you would like to see documented more precise?
arski commentedthat the mail_edit module is required in order for the registration emails to be translated according to this module's settings.

kars-t commentedOkay what about this patch?

arski commentedhmm, the two sentences about mail_edit could be summarized to make it more concise and clear, something like:
"The translation setting will only have an effect if the Mail Edit module is installed on your site: http://linktomail_edit.."
I would also add a clearer mention about this somewhere on the homepage - I know you have it under "Use the mail edit module for translation" but that's at the bottom of the page and sounds more like something optional. In effect, this module is only 50% useful without mail_edit, so I would mention that mail_edit is required in as many places as possible :)

kars-t commentedFinally did the changes to close this issue. Sorry for such a stupid long delay...
