Good idea, I will consider adding this. Assigning it to 7.x ad development will take place there at first.

These already exists in Token module, see #252241: Add tokens for node revision timestamp, author, and log message and http://drupalcode.org/project/token.git/commit/67da939 . Closing this issue.
