Request for deletion drupaler.ru account from l.d.o and all the strings from it

Due to #1129872: Authorship on LDO

I have no idea how to fix a problem with "incorrect migration" of data from still opened drupaler.ru that have to be closed more than 3 month ago but still working and successfully growing despite a live l.d.o community

Pvasili lies to me(russian l.d.o team manager), axel ( drupaler.ru owner ), andypost ( co-maintainer of drupaler.ru in the past ) and Gabor Hoitsy with a "russian group have to be closed at drupaler.ru and migrated to l.d.o".

Groups, yes, really groups are not closed. At the migration time (±3 month ago) pvasili account was ±8000 words but today it has 9707.
I have no any statistics about other accounts - all the data was erased by me after "successful" migration and have no any statistics about other accounts at drupaler.ru - but the facts is
- drupaler.ru still opened and working for russian team
- and still opened for the Ukrainian ( drupaler.ru/translate/languages/uk ) #577830: Add Ukrainian language to l.d.o ±1.5 year
- and even Belarussian ( drupaler.ru/translate/languages/be ) #727544: Add Belarusian language to l.d.o ±half a year

As I know - there are no any activity in Ukrainian and Belarussian groups at drupaler all the time, but russian - fully working!

So during migration we have got two Russian localization groups - one, the official at L.D.O and another - alternative at drupaler.ru
I have no idea how to integrate pvasili and others into l.d.o so asking help to d.o and l.d.o teams

Due to pvasili mentioned me as fraud initiator at #1129872: Authorship on LDO please - do delete drupaler.ru strings from l.d.o. It helps us to close that issue.
Yes. I know about troubles I'll got at l.d.o, but I see only one way to fix it.
