Hi, I keep getting this message in my log using feedback:

"Error sending email: Language string failed to load: from_failed(username) (user email)" from fee

even though initially drupal reports that email has been sent but is actually not sent. I have used several SMTP servers to access it and I am very sure the smtp address are correct unless I am entering it wrong somehow.

I have downlaoded the latest versions of both SMTP and Feedback module.

Any help on why this is happening is appreciated.
