TinyMCE limits use of 3rd column

I appreciate all the work you are doing!!! I have researched my issue and found various attempts at solving but nothing that works for me.

I am using the Garland theme and want to use 3 columns. However, on my 15" monitor the editing window moves into the 3rd column so I am not able to access some of th formatting buttons. There is no issue for those using bigger monitors. My issue is that many of my users will have this same issue using their 15" monitors when they go to edit their blogs.

I am aware that I am able to resize the window vertically but not horizontally. Is there something in the works to make this editing box fluid so that when a column is there it won't overflow into it, thus making it impossible to use some of the editing buttons?
