Release x.7 and the next features for release x.8 [#113781]

Just released this new version.

Main changes :
- Optional support form multilingual content
- The user switching block can be used also for content switching
- Added support for PostgreSQL database (Provided by geekonek)
- Added pot files for user interface translations
- Added support for gsitemap
- Added creation of breadcrumb in menu
- Fixed bug in the block support (block.module)
- Fixed bugs with switching block
- Fixed bugs with redirect front page

Be sure to run you update.php script and to apply the patches with the new ones
provided on original files and not the ones already patched.
You can use also the already patched files that I provide.

I didn't have enough time to integrate the code provided by
Ray (new menu translation interface) and Troy (submodule for variable support),
because it was very important to release all the bugs fixing and the optional
support for the multilingual support.
But their work will be integrated for the next release and I'll begin to work on
it already today.

What features I think to provide in the next version :
- support for variables (Troy work)
- new simplified menu translation interface (Ray work)
- new simplified taxonomy translation interface
- it would be possible to manage the menu translations directly in the content page
- if a translation is not present the translation in the preferred language will be displayed
- blocks support must be improved (see the issues of Troy of today)
