Ok, just started with this mod but cant find info on how to open a custom PHP page through this mod in Drupal. I enabled the mod and set Enable Shadowbox on specific pages for www.mysite.com/page.php but nothing happens. Is this possible?

The "Page specific activation settings" are not to enable shadowbox in specific nodes but to disable shadowbox anywhere you don't want it to work. Maybe this must be clarified somewhere.

If you want to use shadowbox with your custom links you must go to auto handling configuration:

admin/config/media/shadowbox/automatic

and check "Enable shadowbox globally".

Once you have this setting on, you can use the "Page specific activation settings" if you decide to allow shadowbox only in specific nodes.

The code for a custom link to open the php page in your example
