I cannot log in to my drupal site. The only way to login is through one time login from e-mail.

I cannot get access as administrator or any other user. Drupal recognizes that my login and password are correct but than nothing happens...
Maybe this is something with cookies/session. I don't know... I've tried other CMS (Joomla, xoops) with no problems.

My hosting runs IIS 5.0, php 4.4.1

Can anybody help me? :)

The same bug here. What you can do is to clear your private data 'tools/Clear Private data' (firefox) 'internet options/general/browsing history/delete' (IE) and try again.

Try: {yourwebsitenamehere}/?q=user/1

there should be another thread with more detail on the above. Try a search.

I'm new to Drupal myself, but the above worked when I brought my site offline and logged out.
