error after login

Issue Summary

I had followed all the instructions given on http://drupal.org/project/rpx
but still i am getting this message on login redirect "We were unable to complete your request."
Whats wrong with my site?

Can you take a look at the Drupal error log and post the error description here?

Does this happen every time you try to log in? Does it depend on the provider you use?

yes. every time. the drupal site is hosted at: http://cms.cksworks.com/drupal

From janrain dashboard, it showed that there were successful sign-in and users.
