I'd really like a drupal 4.5 version of poormanscron - since I'm poor :-| (in regards of having access to cron that is)

I have created a patch which ports poormanscron to Drupal 4.5. It's not thoroughly tested, but Works For Me (tm).

weitzman - does this patch look ok to you? May/should I apply it?

OK, I'm the new maintainer of the poormanscron module (thanks to weitzman for the kind permission). The patch is applied and poormanscron should be ready for 4.5 now.

Seems that the readme file for poormanscron 4.5 could need an update as well. But the module seems to work fine :-) Thanks Uwe.

I just updated (and improved) the documentation and also added some more comments in the code. Both for 4.5 as well as CVS HEAD. The download on drupal.org will be updated automatically in at most a few hours. Thanks for reporting.
