Some scenarios will dictate that a case will not be achievable until another case is complete(i.e they are related). Suggesting to allow cases to be dependent on other cases.

* A dependent case would be marked as 'deferred' until the referenced case is marked as complete.
* The dependent case's status would then become 'open'.
* Dependent case's could be chainable which would allow specific support ticket trail to be followed.
