Default settings for anonymous / new users

Based on the following note, here's a new feature for consideration.

I don’t get it. I logged in and registered at the demo site, all of the sites listed here and I don’t see where the functionality is.

It may be a good idea to have default content, set by the administrator for when new users or anonymous users hit the MySite page.

Google does this, as does Yahoo!, so I'll work this feature into the next feature upgrade.
