We've been using the module for a few months and our users are a little confused by what they get in their email and I am a little too.

I configured the module to send out emails based on two different workflow states and I thought it would just send them an updated list every few days but it keeps tacking on the updates to the bottom of the email, which people are finding confusing. Here is an example:
