I saw a few other issues reporting a title inexplicably appearing on their front page, and it looks like nobody's ever really solved the mystery. Lots of people coded their way around it.

I discovered in my case that the title was coming from a navigation menu link that pointed to . The title was set to be the text of the link. It was the first link on the nav menu if that makes a difference.

I'm not really sure I follow the problem. Could you give me some more information and possibly links to the issues that are similar? How does this issue relate to the Front Page module?
