Installed and activated the formbuilder module.
When I click "create new form" nothing happens. In the log file message it says "css/ie-expert.css not found".
The css file is in the css folder but the css folder is in the formbuilder folder while the log seems to indicate that Drupal is looking directly in my test site folder for it.
I did install the PEAR JSON-PHP converter.
